We are seeking an
Applied AI & ML Engineer

who combines hands-on expertise in tuning/building machine learning models with latest AI platforms and skills. The ideal candidate can bridge modern AI frameworks, data platforms, and low/no-code automation tools to deliver intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI & Machine Learning Development

Design, build, and optimize applied machine learning workflows using OnPrem SQL Server, Databricks, MLflow, and Spark.

Develop and fine-tune Graph/RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and agentic AI applications.

Apply prompt engineering and orchestration techniques for large language models.

  • Integration & Automation

Leverage low/no-code platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar to integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows.

Build modular, reusable pipelines that combine Python-based development with AI-driven automation.

  • Collaboration & Delivery

Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into applied AI and ML solutions.

Ensure model lifecycle management, experiment tracking, and deployment best practices using MLflow and Databricks.

Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business teams to deliver end-to-end AI-driven systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate a business problem into a machine learning problem.
  • Proven experience in applied data science, AI and machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering and hyper parameters tuning.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and agent-based AI systems.
  • Familiarity with low/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate).
  • Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Spark is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or Data Science
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Experience deploying ML models in production (e.g., via APIs or cloud services).
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Contributions to open-source AI or ML projects.
