Job Title: Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

* Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing of web and mobile applications. * Identify, document, and track software defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA).

* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure product quality.

* Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA sign-offs.

* Ensure compliance with QA standards, SDLC, and best testing practices.

* Support automation framework development and maintain test automation scripts.

* Prepare detailed QA reports and metrics for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in manual and automated testing.

* Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Postman, Selenium, Appium, or similar.

* Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
