Truck Dispatcher (US Market Focus)

Employment Type:
Full-time, On-site

Shift:
US Timings (Night Shift in Pakistan)

Your Expertise & Requirements:

  • Experience:
    1.5 to 2 years
    of direct experience in dispatching for the
    US trucking industry.
  • Communication:
    Absolutely Fluent English
    communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Shift Flexibility:
    Must be willing to work
    US business hours
    (night shift in Pakistan).
  • Skills:
    Strong negotiation, rate analysis, route optimization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Familiarity with major US load boards and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and book high-paying loads for our fleet using load boards and direct contacts.
  • Efficiently plan and manage truck routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries across the US.
  • Maintain continuous communication with drivers, providing support and clear instructions.
  • Handle all necessary documentation, track loads, and resolve any on-road issues or emergencies.
  • Maximize truck efficiency and profitability on a daily basis.
