Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of academic writers, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on all writers' submissions to ensure they meet our content guidelines and client requirements.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to writers to help them improve their work and develop their skills.
  • Manage workflow and ensure all tasks are completed on time, maintaining clear and open communication with the team.
  • Take on flexible responsibilities as needed, adapting to the dynamic needs of the company and team

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within academic writing field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality in written content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Take on flexible responsibilities as needed, adapting to the needs of the company
  • This is an on-site full time job in Karachi only, we do not have home-based or freelance opportunities.
