Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Admin Assistant to support our online academy's operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our online courses and programs.
*Responsibilities:*
Manage online platforms, including student information systems and learning management systems
Coordinate online course launches, webinars, and events
Respond to student inquiries, emails, and messages
Maintain accurate records, databases, and files
Assist with online payment processing and transactions
Provide technical support to students and teachers as needed
Monitor and update website content, social media, and other online channels
*Requirements:*
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in online platforms, including LMS and SIS
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong technical skills, including email, social media, and online tools
**Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Education, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Experience:*
1-2 years of administrative experience (office administration, customer service, or similar)
Experience working with online platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and student information systems (SIS)
