This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on analytics, creativity, and results-driven strategy — someone eager to elevate brand visibility and contribute to long-term digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic SEO Management: Plan and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to strengthen organic visibility and website ranking.
  • Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis and monitor market competitors to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize blogs, landing pages, and web content for improved search performance.
  • Link Building: Design and manage outreach campaigns, backlink strategies, and digital partnerships to enhance domain authority.
  • Technical SEO: Audit website health using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog; identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of SEO algorithm updates and evolving best practices to ensure consistent performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing team).
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console).
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent data interpretation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Bonus Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms such as WordPress is an advantage.
