to support the daily operations  and assist with social media management.

We are looking for a motivated and creative 
Social Media Intern
 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing, you will be responsible for managing our 
Shopify store
, optimizing product listings, and overseeing all social media channels, including 
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
, to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

2. Develop, create, and schedule engaging social media posts for 
   Facebook
   , 
   Instagram
   , and 
   LinkedIn
    to promote brand visibility, product updates, and customer engagement.

3. Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely, professional manner.

2. E-commerce Store Management (Shopify):

• Assist with the creation and optimization of product listings
• Regularly update product inventory, availability, and other store details to ensure smooth operations.

3. Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent social media presence and alignment with e-commerce campaigns.

4.Reporting:

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

5.Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and e-commerce channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education
  : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience
  : 0-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce. Experience with 
  Shopify
   is a plus.
• Social Media
  : Strong understanding of social media platforms, including 
  Facebook
  , 
  Instagram
  , and 
  LinkedIn
  .
• E-commerce Knowledge
  : Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (preferably 
  Shopify
  ), product listings, and online sales.
• Communication Skills
  : Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Creativity
  : Ability to think creatively and produce engaging content for different social media channels.
• Analytical Mindset
  : Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., 
  Google Analytics
  , 
  Facebook Insights
  , 
  Instagram Analytics
  ) to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Time Management
  : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to Detail
  : High attention to detail when managing product listings, content, and social media posts.
