Position Objectives:
- Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and technical guidance of the Provincial branch health Officer, the incumbent will work as District Supervisor within the framework of national policies and guidelines defined in the IFRC supported Routine Immunization Program.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

- Primary responsible for establishing, maintaining, managing, and strengthening a functional routine immunization Surveillance structure and sensitive system in the assigned area including community informant network.

Provide coordination and technical support to the Govt. Authorities and partners on Surveillance of routine immunization and emerging diseases.

Organize and conduct detailed Epidemiological investigation when needed.

Organize and conduct training, capacity building sessions for Health care providers, Govt. Staff, partner staff and community informants.

Organize and conduct regular surveillance review meetings at the district and other appropriate levels.

Conduct active surveillance visits in the Health Facilities as per CDC RI guidelines.

Conduct regular in-depth data analysis and performance review of Surveillance network, identify gaps and take corrective measures.

Supervise and report the team of the work area.

Provide technical support to all or specific immunization activities and SIAs when assigned by the Provincial and National supervisors

Implement any other task assigned by the Supervisor. And reporting to the PHQ on formats provided by the IFRC.
Education.
MBBS/MD Degree, registered with Pakistan Medical Council (PMC), with additional master's in public health will be given preference.
Experience.
- The incumbent must have at least 1 year of professional work experience in disease surveillance, immunization activities, healthcare services & emergencies or other field-level public health programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity and work experience with community.
The incumbent must have clear understanding of gender equality, sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment.
Skills / Knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Report writing
- Fostering integration and Teamwork
- Respecting and promoting individual and cultural differences
- Effective and credible communication
Maximum age limit is up to 40 years.
