Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and possess a deep understanding of various advertising channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Conduct comprehensive audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors across different platforms.
• Create compelling ad copy, images, videos, and other creative assets tailored to each platform and audience segment.
• Set up and manage ad campaigns on each platform, including budget allocation, bidding strategy, and targeting parameters.
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting for maximum impact and efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending optimizations across all platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven 3-4 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong track record of driving results.
• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
