, we make high-performing videos for global brands ranging from faceless content for YouTube to direct-response ads, VSLs, and branded storytelling. We're a growing creative agency run by passionate storytellers, and now we're looking for someone who can join us to strengthen our content backbone.

Role Overview

This isn't a pure "script writer" role. We're looking for a
hybrid profile
— someone who can not only write engaging scripts but also contribute to content ideation, research, and creative direction. You'll help us shape narratives for faceless YouTube videos, short ads, and longer VSLs, while also collaborating on strategies that maximize performance.

Responsibilities

• Write
  scripts
  for:
• Faceless YouTube videos.
• Short-form ads (UGC-style hooks, direct response copy).
• VSLs and brand storytelling videos.
• Research trending topics, angles, and hooks in niches we're working with.
• Collaborate with editors and the creative team to ensure scripts translate visually.
• Propose
  content ideas & formats
  that align with client goals.
• Repurpose scripts into social snippets (captions, Insta/TikTok hooks, etc.).
• Work closely with marketing to align messaging with campaign strategies.
• Helping Out in Creative Content For Our Socials
• Stay updated on
  direct-response copywriting trends
  and high-performing video styles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in
  script writing, copywriting, or creative strategy
  (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of storytelling for digital platforms (YouTube, ads, social).
• Ability to write in
  different tones
  (educational, emotional, persuasive).
• Familiarity with
  VSL structure & ad copywriting
  is a big plus.
• Research skills, spotting trending topics, audience pain points, and market gaps.
• Comfortable collaborating with editors, designers, and marketers.
• Self-driven, creative thinker, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO & engagement strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance marketing content.
• Ability to brainstorm and contribute beyond writing (campaigns, client pitches).
