We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our technology team. This role is crucial for someone who excels at crafting unique, custom-built digital experiences and ensuring their long-term stability, security, and peak performance for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Development & Architecture: Lead the full-cycle development of complex, custom web applications, websites, and bespoke tools from the ground up, moving beyond template or theme-based solutions.
  • Performance Management & Ops: Act as the technical expert for managing the entire lifecycle of custom websites, including continuous performance optimization, proactive security patching, bug resolution, and monitoring/managing hosting environments.
  • Code Quality & Integration: Write, review, and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Integrate complex, custom APIs, third-party services, and business systems to deliver highly tailored functionality.
  • Scalability & Maintenance: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure application architectures to handle high traffic and ensure the long-term health and evolution of our custom digital assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and designers to define technical scope, provide feasibility assessments, and translate unique business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio focus on custom, greenfield web development projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and demonstrable expertise in a robust back-end language (e.g., , PHP/Laravel, Python/Django).
  • Proven expertise in web operations and management, including familiarity with server administration (e.g., Nginx/Apache), setting up custom hosting environments, and managing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • In-depth knowledge of web security best practices, performance optimization techniques (caching, asset delivery), and experience implementing robust testing protocols.
  • Strong practical experience with Git version control and modern collaborative development workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing and scaling cloud-based websites (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker).
  • Experience with advanced front-end frameworks (e.g., React, , Angular).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex custom web systems built from scratch.
