Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project quotations using KLAES & IMOS, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and creating 3D models and renderings to bring design concepts to life. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to ensure high-quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Quotations: Prepare and manage project cost estimates using KLAES & IMOS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide professional guidance, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
  • 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop high-quality 3D visualizations using Sketchup/AutoCAD to present design concepts effectively.
  • Technical Drawings & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that designs adhere to company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture, materials, and software advancements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and working with KLAES & IMOS is highly preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other 3D rendering software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present and explain designs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and accurate quotations, drawings, and visualizations.
