We're a fast-growing Web3 startup building a cutting-edge decentralized exchange (DEX) on Solana, tightly integrated with an AI-powered trading-signal bot.

Our mission is to automate and optimize trading strategies by combining the latest advances in blockchain and generative AI.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Solana programs in Rust, leveraging frameworks like Anchor or ElizaOS.
  • Collaborate with the AI engineering team to integrate smart, autonomous trading agents into our infrastructure.
  • Design, develop, and iterate on core product features for our DEX and AI signal bot.
  • Work cross-functionally to architect secure, efficient, and scalable Solana-based systems.
  • Write modular, testable, and well-documented Rust code that integrates with Solana DeFi protocols.
  • Optimize compute-unit usage, program security, and on-chain performance to minimize fees and latency.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on Solana development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Rust (bonus: TypeScript for off-chain services).
  • Experience with Solana frameworks such as Anchor or ElizaOS (for agentic integration).
  • Familiarity with AI agents or autonomous system design is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of Solana DeFi primitives, trading bots, and crypto market mechanics.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first startup—self-driven, collaborative, and proactive.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Solana RPC optimization, arbitrage, and signal-execution strategies.
  • Previous experience on a Solana DEX, trading bot, or liquidity protocol.
  • Contributions to open-source Solana or DeFi projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs250,000.00 per month
