Storekeeper (Mechanical)

Job Description

We are looking for a
Storekeeper (Mechanical)
who will be responsible for managing technical inventory, auto parts, and ensuring smooth store operations. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in mechanical stores management and a good understanding of spare parts and store processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all technical inventory, spare parts, and tools.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and issuance of materials.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare requisitions, and coordinate with procurement.
• Handle receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
• Implement and follow all standard store processes and procedures.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams for timely availability of parts.

Requirements

• Education:
  DAE (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of technical inventory, auto parts, and tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanical/technical store.
• Familiar with store procedures, record-keeping, and ERP/software systems (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
