We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems. You will work on cutting-edge projects including LLM automation, machine learning pipelines, agent development, and enterprise AI solutions for clients in the Middle East. This is a high-ownership role where you will directly influence product direction and technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models).


• Build AI-powered automation workflows, chatbots, and custom AI agents.


• Design scalable ML pipelines, model training scripts, and data processing workflows.


• Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs and cloud platforms.


• Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy.


• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert business needs into AI solutions.


• Research and experiment with new techniques (RAG pipelines, vector DBs, multimodal models).


• Maintain documentation, model evaluation reports, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Experience


• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or AI engineering.


• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.


• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or model serving.


• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).


• Experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and APIs.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and solve complex problems independently.

Nice to Have


• Experience with RAG architectures, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent frameworks.


• Knowledge of Arabic NLP (bonus but not required).


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps best practices.


• Background in deep learning, computer vision, or multimodal AI.
