As part of our continued digital transformation, we are seeking a skilled EPADS Specialist to manage and streamline our electronic procurement and asset disposal operations through the EPAK platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage the EPAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for all procurement and disposal activities.
Create, upload, and manage tenders, quotations, and asset disposal notices on the system.
Ensure compliance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate digital records of purchase orders, supplier data, and bid evaluations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of bids and documentation.
Generate procurement and disposal reports for management review and audits.
Liaise with government departments and EPAK support teams for troubleshooting and updates.
Train and assist internal staff in using EPADS efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience working on EPAK/EPADS or other e-procurement platforms.
Strong understanding of procurement workflows, PPRA rules, and documentation standards.
Excellent skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational discipline.
Good communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
