Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Islamabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing architectural projects, and overseeing the integration of various design elements. Daily tasks include project planning, design coordination, client consultation, and ensuring projects are completed within the established timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Must have an MS or BS Degree in Architecture.
  • At least 10 years of experience in high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, Facade/Elevations, and Big Projects
  • Great management skills within the team in resolving technical issues and providing guidance.
  • Team leading and management skills to expedite work & meet client requirements within time.
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope involved.
  • Work closely with a team of other professionals, such as building service engineers, construction engineers & quantity surveyors.
  • Translation of all client requirements into feasible design solutions.
  • Good coordination skills within the team, along with other departments.
  • Good architectural vocabulary and communication skills for client presentations.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member to deliver projects within time.
  • Expertise in timely reporting to seniors & all concerns by official email and other reporting mediums.
  • Computer Knowledge: MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Max, AutoCAD & REVIT.
