We are looking for
motivated, reliable, and customer-focused professionals
to join our team as
Taxi Dispatch Operators (UK)
in our Lahore office.
You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, booking rides, and coordinating with UK-based drivers to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and process taxi bookings efficiently
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer details
- Communicate and coordinate with drivers for smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints
- Follow company procedures to maintain service quality
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (UK taxi dispatch preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral or British accent)
- Willingness to work UK shifts (evening and night hours)
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts consistently
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, disciplined, and proactive attitude
