Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Sialkot. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling life insurance policies, including Whole Life Assurance, Endowment Assurance, Sadabahar Plan, Jeevan Saathi Assurance, Nigehban Plan, and Child Education & Marriage Plan. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. The Salesperson will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on the latest insurance products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Work Independently and Meet Sales Targets
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
