This role offers a unique opportunity to work across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C platforms, contributing to innovative projects that have real-world impact in the health and wellness ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple verticals – from ideation and planning to execution and delivery.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company vision and stakeholder priorities.
  • User-Centric Design: Own and enhance the user experience across web, mobile, and platform interfaces by focusing on intuitive UI/UX.
  • Requirement Documentation: Create detailed product specs, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development process.
  • Collaborate with Tech Teams: Work closely with developers and QA to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
  • Market Discovery & Research: Stay on top of industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities in digital health, wellness, and insurance domains.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback Loops: Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to refine and evolve products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Product Launches: Lead go-to-market plans, including training, internal enablement, and external rollouts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, design, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months - 1 years of experience in product management or an associate product role (internships count too).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles; familiarity with wireframing tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for solving real user problems.
