We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our products. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Market & User Research:
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
  • Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Product Development:
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for timely product delivery.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor product KPIs, analyze usage data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive post-launch iterations based on customer feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus.
