  • Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of textile raw materials (yarns, fabrics, dyes, trims) and finished garments.
  • Ensure proper handling techniques to prevent damage, contamination, or shrinkage.
  • Implement appropriate storage conditions for various textile materials (humidity control, pest control, stacking norms).
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile with system data.
  • Monitor batch numbers, dye lots, and fabric rolls for traceability.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for fabric and accessories.
  • Ensure that all incoming goods are inspected for quality as per company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with textile industry regulations, safety norms, and buyer requirements.
  • Monitor handling of export consignments to meet international packing and labeling standards.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assign work schedules, and monitor performance.
  • Train team members on handling delicate fabrics, rolls, and packaged garments.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with transporters and export departments for on-time shipments.
  • Ensure correct documentation for local and export dispatches (delivery challans, packing lists, export invoices).
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement in storage methods, space utilization, and process efficiency.
  • Suggest and implement lean warehouse practices to reduce wastage and optimize resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
