About the Role:

We are looking for a
Video Editor / Video Creator
to join our team for two Military Aviation-focused YouTube channels. As a video creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality videos based on provided
scripts and voiceovers
. You will need to source your own
images, clips, and other assets
from YouTube, online platforms, and free resources. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all content is free from copyright violations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create dynamic, professional videos based on
    provided scripts and voiceovers
    .
  • Source relevant
    images, video clips, and other media
    from YouTube and the internet to enhance the storytelling.
  • Edit raw footage, and add
    text overlays, transitions, animations
    , and effects to create visually appealing videos.
  • Ensure all content used is
    copyright-free
    , by sourcing from
    free image/clip libraries
    or ensuring proper attribution for media used.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure videos align with the overall theme, branding, and message of the channels.
  • Maintain a consistent style and format across all videos to match channel branding and tone.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality videos on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    video editing
    , ideally for
    YouTube
    or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
    , or similar video editing software.
  • Ability to work with
    audio files
    and sync voiceovers effectively.
  • Experience sourcing copyright-free images and clips
    from platforms like YouTube, Pixabay, Pexels, etc.
  • Knowledge of
    copyright laws
    and experience avoiding copyright infringement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A
    passion for military aviation
    or related topics is a plus, but not required.
