About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive
to join our marketing team. In this role, you will enhance our brand's digital presence, engage our community, and execute innovative social media strategies that drive growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Copywriting:
    Develop engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand voice for social media platforms.
  • Video Production:
    Produce, edit, and optimize videos for Reels, Stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Social Media Strategy:
    Plan and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, follower engagement, and online community growth.
  • SEO & Website Optimization:
    Ensure digital content is search-engine optimized and contributes to website traffic and lead generation.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform content and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    1–2 years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing, photography, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about digital innovation, community engagement, and brand building.
