Join our dynamic and multicultural Customer Relations Team We connect with professionals and delegates globally, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from their first inquiry to final registration.

We are seeking a Communication Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective delegates, guiding them through the participation process and maintaining a positive communication experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries via Email, WhatsApp (WATI), and Social Media
  • Provide accurate and timely information about conference details, pricing, travel, and participation requirements
  • Convert qualified leads into registered delegates through effective follow-ups and relationship management
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date communication records using HubSpot CRM
  • Execute structured follow-up campaigns to improve registration and payment conversions
  • Coordinate with the Customer Relations & Outreach team to ensure consistent messaging
  • Collaborate with management to enhance communication strategies, templates, and outreach effectiveness
  • Escalate complex cases or complaints to senior team members while ensuring professional handling
  • Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to response time, email closures, and conversions

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, communications, or sales support (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfort in handling a high volume of emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries
  • Basic understanding of CRMs (preferably HubSpot) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Customer-centric attitude with a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in evening or flexible shifts to cater to international time zones (if required)
