We are seeking a Product Designer with a focus on both web and mobile app design and a passion for finding intuitive solutions that engage customers. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process, focused on customer needs, experienced with using AI design tools, and crafting a design that is functionally elegant and visually delightful.

What You'll Craft

You'll be the architect of event experiences that feel effortless and memorable. From the moment someone discovers an event to their last interaction, you'll design journeys that don't just work—they delight.

Your canvas includes:

  • User Journey Mapping
    – Transform complex event workflows (registration, check-ins, networking, sessions) into intuitive, story-driven experiences.
  • Experience Design
    – Build seamless narratives across web, mobile, and hybrid touchpoints that guide attendees naturally from discovery to engagement.
  • Prototype & Test
    – Bring event experiences to life with interactive prototypes, validating flows with real organizers and attendees.
  • Cross-Platform Storytelling
    – Ensure every touchpoint—marketing pages, virtual lobbies, mobile apps, live sessions—reinforces the event story.

Your Toolkit

  • Design Mastery
    : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • AI-Powered Design
    : Familiarity with tools like Lovable to accelerate ideation
  • User Research
    : Dig deep into attendee and organizer needs to uncover insights that drive design decisions
  • Front-End Awareness
    : Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, (bonus points for bridging design-to-dev handoff seamlessly)

    with 5+ years overall, 3+ in product design
  • Story-Driven Designer
    who sees beyond interfaces to craft emotional, human-centered experiences
  • Research-Minded
    – Letting attendee, exhibitor, and organizer insights guide your design
  • Collaborative Storyteller
    – Able to articulate design rationale clearly across product, engineering, and event ops teams
  • Portfolio Showcase
    – Demonstrating mobile app design, user-centered thinking, and event-related experiences a big plus
