About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong technical understanding of
electrical systems, embedded firmware, and hardware development
to lead our
IoT product design and deployment projects
. The role requires excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills to ensure on-time delivery and seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage
    IoT product development projects
    from concept to deployment.
  • Coordinate and supervise
    electrical, firmware, and hardware engineering teams
    .
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
    including software, mechanical, and production units.
  • Ensure timely
    design reviews, testing, and validation
    of hardware and firmware modules.
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, manage change requests, and maintain project documentation.
  • Work closely with procurement and vendors for
    component sourcing and prototyping
    .
  • Ensure
    compliance with industry standards
    and
    quality assurance protocols
    .
  • Support
    client communication
    , project proposals, and after-deployment support where required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
    (Master's preferred).
  • 3–4 years
    of experience in
    IoT or embedded systems project management
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    hardware design cycles
    ,
    firmware development
    , and
    IoT architectures
    (sensors, gateways, connectivity protocols).
  • Proficiency in using
    project management tools
    (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams
    .
  • PMP certification or Agile project management experience is a plus.
