Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Investor/co-founder, located in Rawalpindi with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing financial aspects, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring sustainable farming practices. The role also involves networking with potential investors, handling marketing activities, and ensuring the company's growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must apply to invest at least 10 Million PKR
• Experience in financial management, investment strategies, and business development
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and agricultural management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent networking, marketing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agriculture, or related field
• Experience in the farming or agriculture industry is a plus
