We are looking for a detail oriented, customer centric and creative Counsellor – Indore, Madhya Pradesh to join our growing Customer Experience team and take our company and platform to the next level

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides personalised counselling to prospective clients regarding study abroad options, onboarding service, financial service, Visa application, and etc, considering applicants' academic background, career goals, and financial constraints.

· Guides clients through the processes, providing accurate information, required documentation, and timelines.

· Identifies, evaluates, and establishes partnerships with third-party service providers, including visa consultants, transportation companies, financial advisors, and academic institutions.

· Works with Sales team and school representatives to customise selling points for programs based on admission difficulty, career development, and immigration pathways connected.

· Assists in negotiating service agreements and contracts, ensuring the best possible terms and pricing for H E Direct and clients.

· Develops and updates informational materials, guides, and resources to facilitate quick and accurate information sharing.

· Monitors service quality and client satisfaction, conducting follow-ups to gather feedback and make improvements.

· Conducts regional knowledge sharing sessions, including training, seminars, and webinars, on a regular basis to address clients' queries and keep all parties' knowledge up to date.

· Attends company RP events and school conferences to promote H E Direct and develop new opportunities.

· Shares responsibilities for top funnel volume and target conversion goals with the Sales team.

EXPERIENCE:

· Exceptional communication verbal and written skills in English and Urdu is a must

· years of international agents/student recruitment experience for secondary and post-secondary institutions in Canada/US/UK/AUS

· Knowledge and experience in international admission counselling service

· Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with admission and visa compliance

· Excellent people skills and easily connect with diverse personalities at all levels of organizations

· Autonomous self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment

· Aptitude for prioritising tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy

· Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our customers while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships.
