Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented
ERP Functional Consultant (Finance)

to join our team. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, design and configure ERPNext solutions, and ensure successful end‑to‑end implementations that meet IFRS and local statutory requirements.

You'll be instrumental in positioning Xconsol ERP offerings to mid-sized and enterprise-level clients, collaborating closely with our pre-sales and technical teams to create customized, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business process workshops to gather and analyze financial requirements (GL, AR, AP, Assets, Costing) along with Senior Team Member.
2. Translate requirements into ERPNext functional specifications and system configurations.
3. Configure Chart of Accounts, fiscal years, multi‑currency, tax rules, and financial workflows.
4. Design and test custom reports, dashboards, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
5. Provide training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support to finance teams.
6. Collaborate with developers to scope and validate customizations or integrations.
7. Ensure data migration accuracy from legacy systems into ERPNext.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3 to 6 Month of hands‑on experience as an ERP functional consultant, with a strong focus on financial modules.
3. Proven track record implementing at least one ERP system (ERPNext preferred).
4. Solid understanding of accounting principle.
5. Excellent communication skills with clients and cross‑functional teams.
6. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
