We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Lead Software Engineer (AI/ML)
to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), React, , Python, and AWS
, with hands-on experience in leading software engineering teams and delivering high-performing applications.

As a key technical leader, you will guide the engineering team, ensure adherence to best practices, and contribute to the growth and scalability of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of secure, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

Oversee both
front-end (React) and back-end , Python)
development, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

Apply
AI/ML
models to enhance product capabilities and business value.

Drive adoption of
cloud-native architectures
and ensure reliable deployments on
AWS
.

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth release cycles and automated deployments.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications.

Implement engineering best practices including Agile, DevOps, and secure coding standards.

Stay updated with emerging technologies to continuously improve product quality and team efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Education
: BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering (MS preferred).

Experience
: 6–8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications using
React, , and Python
.

Hands-on experience in implementing and deploying
AI/ML models
in production.

Strong experience with
AWS
cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

Proficiency with
Docker/Kubernetes
for containerization and orchestration.

Strong understanding of
system architecture, APIs, and data pipelines
.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines.

Key Skills & Competencies:
