Manager – Dev Team

Location: [Lahore, Pakistan / on-site in DHA Phase 8]

We are looking for an experienced
Manager
to lead the development of our
SaaS platform
where we host and deliver
AI-driven custom solutions
for clients worldwide. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong
software development background
and solid knowledge of the
AI/ML lifecycle
.

What You'll Do

  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing development team (AI/ML engineers, DevOps, QA).
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of a scalable SaaS platform for AI solutions.
  • Guide the AI/ML project lifecycle — from data to deployment.
  • Manage projects using Agile/Scrum, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Report progress and insights directly to senior management.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in software development (with 2–3 years in leadership).
  • Strong knowledge of
    AI/ML development cycles
    and SaaS environments.
  • Experience managing
    cross-functional tech teams
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with
    flexibility beyond 9–5
    .
