MAAN Studios is looking for dedicated and creative individuals to join our growing 3D production team.

We specialize in high-quality, cinematic 3D content inspired by the 
Zack D Films
 visual style.

Position 1: 3D Generalist (Full-Time | Experienced)

We are seeking a skilled 
3D Generalist
 with strong artistic and technical abilities to contribute to our short-form cinematic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality characters, props, and environments

• Set up clean and efficient 
rigs
 for character and object animation

• Produce expressive and dynamic 
character animations

• Animate objects, scenes, and sequences for storytelling

• Apply 
textures
 and materials for both stylized and realistic outputs

• Set up 
lighting
 that enhances mood, depth, and cinematic presentation

• Develop dynamic, well-composed 
camera angles and movements

• Execute high-quality 
rendering
 workflows (Cycles preferred)

• Collaborate effectively with the design and production teams

• Assist in 
post-production
 using Premiere Pro or After Effects

• Stay updated with modern techniques, tools, and best industry practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 
2 years of professional experience
 in 3D

• Proficiency in 
Blender

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement

• Excellent sense of lighting, composition, and cinematic framing

• Strong attention to detail and visual quality

• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

• A portfolio demonstrating your 3D capabilities

• Passion for visual storytelling and realistic animations

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of modern meme culture and current global trends especially U.S. based, enabling you to contribute fresh, relevant, and engaging storytelling ideas.

Position 2: 3D Animator Intern (Full-Time)

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level artists who wish to grow in a professional studio environment.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Blender

• Strong interest in cinematic 3D animation

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
