Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager based in Islamabad. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure efficient production planning, manage quality control processes, and strive for operational excellence. Responsibilities also include maintaining manufacturing standards, optimizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, while meeting production targets and maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Proficiency in Quality Control methods and practices
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a factory/plant management role, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic industry
