We are looking for a
Business Development Intern (Leads & Customer Relations)
to join our team and support us in expanding our customer base and enhancing client relationships. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in
lead management
,
customer outreach
, and
data entry
.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Management:
    Track, manage, and qualify incoming business leads.
  • Customer Calling:
    Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide product/service information.
  • Data Entry:
    Maintain accurate client and lead information in our CRM system.
  • Client Follow-ups:
    Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure excellent service and continued engagement.
  • Administrative Support:
    Assist in day-to-day operations related to customer relations and event planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus, but not required.
