Job Title: Education Counselor

Location: Lahore

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and guide students on study opportunities in the UK.
  • Provide detailed information about UK universities, courses, entry requirements, and visa processes.
  • Advise students on academic and career goals, and assist with university applications.
  • Handle inquiries effectively and convert leads into confirmed student applications.
  • Achieve student recruitment targets set by management.
  • Maintain professional communication with students, parents, agents, and partner institutions.
  • Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with university admission procedures and visa processes.
  • Organize and conduct seminars, informational sessions, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain timely communication and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in student recruitment, preferably for the UK market.
  • Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, and admission procedures.
  • Proven track record in sales closing and student conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills with the ability to build relationships with students and families.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
