Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Audit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing product catalog data, ensuring process quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to enhance product accuracy and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed defined performance targets (KPIs).
• Conduct audits of catalog data to maintain high-quality standards.
• Execute quality measurement assignments according to established schedules.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with senior team members to implement solutions.
• Assess and report quality anomalies, recommending corrective actions.
• Deliver actionable feedback to improve internal processes and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure a strong client-centric mindset in all activities.
• Independently manage and optimize operational processes.
• Support and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure error-free and effective delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a quality assurance, auditing, or data management role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
• Strong ability to search for and validate product data online.
• Core Competencies:
• Understanding of business processes, workflows, and quality control principles.
• High levels of energy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Integrity, passion for quality work, and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Aptitude for mentoring and supporting team members when required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
