Semester Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Semester Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing semester-related academic and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate semester schedules, timetables, and course allocations.
• Ensure smooth execution of academic activities, including classes, exams, and events.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and result compilations.
• Provide support to faculty and students regarding semester-related concerns.
• Communicate effectively between administration, faculty, and students.
• Monitor academic progress and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in academic coordination or administration (preferred).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and academic management systems.
