Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accountant located in Islamabad. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing general accounting activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include maintaining records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, and other financial activities. The Sr. Accountant will collaborate closely with other departments to support and track financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial accounting, management accounting, and cost accounting
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
