We're looking for a Female Tele Caller/Collection Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and conduct customer surveys.
- Meet and exceed call targets and performance goals.
