JOB DESCRIPTION:

Certified Android Developer is required for providing support to in preparing android applications for data collection under NSER and CCT initiatives of Client.

Key Tasks:

The core responsibilities are:

Designing and developing Android Application for NSER / CCT data collection for Android OS 7 and above,

UI / UX design Development,

Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability,

Bug fixing and improving application performance

Qualifications:

1) Education/Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Advanced certification in Android development is a plus.

2) Language

  • English and Urdu at C1 level or above (based on CEFR levels)

3) General Professional Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Android application development, particularly for data collection and reporting systems.

4) Specific Professional Experience

  • 3 years of experience in mobile development using Java, Kotlin and XML

  • 3 years of experience in designing and developing Android applications for data collection, especially for Android OS 7 and above.

  • 2 years' experience in UI/UX design and development for mobile applications.

  • 2 years' experience in unit testing code for robustness, usability, edge cases, and general reliability.

4) Leadership/Management Experience

  • 1 year experience leading small teams or managing specific projects within Android development

5) International professional experience outside the country/region of assignment

  • 2 years experience working in international settings or with cross-functional teams.

6) Professional experience in the country/region of assignment

  • 2 years experience working in Pakistan as Android developer

7) Development cooperation experience

  • 1 year of experience working in development projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
