About Us:

We are a growing logistics and dispatch company providing top-tier dispatching and back-office services to trucking companies in the USA. We are looking for motivated and skilled Truck Dispatchers to join our Lahore office and help us manage and grow our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage loads for box trucks, hotshots, and semis across the US market.
  • Negotiate best possible rates with brokers and shippers.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, drivers, and carriers.
  • Prepare and maintain load documentation (Rate Cons, BOLs, PODs).
  • Handle driver issues professionally and provide solutions quickly.
  • Communicate in fluent English via phone, email, and load boards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of US trucking dispatch preferred (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in US business hours (night shift).
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, email, CRM).
