We are looking for an ambitious and result oriented User Generated Content Associate, at our Lahore office, to grow and strengthen our business. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through delivering high engaging content strategies, analysing instagram data, and forging creative campaign ideation. This position is one of the key roles as it is the voice behind the brand and reports to the Growth Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce thoughtful content on digital marketing, tech, and e-commerce trends.
  • Create case study breakdowns, before/after results, and quick client success stories.
  • Record short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) explaining TMG Global's services.
  • Act as the on-camera person for TMG Global's brand.
  • Deliver talking-head style explainers, tutorials, and "value bite" content.
  • Research trending formats in digital marketing & agency space.
  • Script video hooks and key talking points (e.g., "Why your Shopify store isn't converting" or "3 Meta Ad mistakes to avoid").
  • Collaborate with the internal growth team to align scripts with TMG Global's positioning.
  • Plan content calendars around services, case studies, and industry trends.
  • Edit videos in CapCut/Adobe for social-ready content.
  • Add subtitles, graphics, and CTA overlays ("Follow TMG Global", "Book a Call").
  • Repurpose 1 video into multiple formats (Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ensure all content reflects TMG Global's tone: professional, trustworthy, and innovative.
  • Work closely with sales & growth team to align messaging.
  • Support ad campaigns with UGC-style spokesperson content for paid traffic.
  • Suggest new content angles to differentiate TMG Global (behind-the-scenes, team culture, success breakdowns).
  • Stay updated on new social media trends to keep content relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate from a reputable institution.
  • 2-3 three years' experience in a similar or related role in an Advertising / Marketing Agency.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 Years of proven experience with managing successful campaigns.
  • Creative, analytical, solution-oriented with strong internal personal skills.
