Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from a recognized institute (Master's in Nursing preferred).
- Valid PNC (Pakistan Nursing Council) registration.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or clinical experience.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
