As an MTO, you will undergo structured training, gain hands-on experience in hospital operations, and work closely with experienced professionals across departments.

Key Functional Area:

• Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Participate in departmental rotations to understand key hospital functions.
• Support planning, reporting and analysis efforts under supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
• Learn and apply hospital policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Contribute to process improvement and patient care initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
