Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for the position of Founder at Native Flow Developments. The Founder will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and strategy of the company, managing a team of developers, and making critical decisions to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include setting organizational goals, devising business plans, ensuring effective resource allocation, establishing partnerships, and monitoring project progress. The Founder will also be involved in innovation efforts, keeping the company's solutions ahead of industry standards and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
