Position Overview:
We're seeking dynamic, result-driven
Sales Account Executives
who are passionate about creating value, building client relationships, and closing high-impact deals. This role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and strategically contributing to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Lead complex sales negotiations with senior decision-makers to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage the full sales lifecycle and maintain detailed records.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strategically explore opportunities for revenue expansion within existing accounts.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience with a strong record of exceeding quotas.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative and strategic sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- CRM proficiency and the ability to manage pipeline and reporting.
- A self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be available to work on-site during night shift hours (06 PM – 03 AM).
