Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Brand Building

  • Develop and implement multi-platform content strategies across 
    Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Drive 
    community engagement
    , 
    influencer collaborations
    , and 
    brand ambassador programs
  • Capture and share internal events to boost 
    employer branding
     and showcase company culture
  • Maintain a consistent 
    visual identity
     using 
    Canva
    , 
    Adobe Photoshop
    , or similar tools
  • Partner with HR to enhance internal communications and external brand perception

Email Marketing & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage campaigns via 
    Klaviyo
    , 
    Mailchimp
    , and 
    HubSpot
  • Execute 
    A/B testing
    , 
    audience segmentation
    , and 
    behavioral targeting
  • Improve 
    open rates
    , 
    CTR
    , and 
    conversion metrics

Digital Strategy & Analytics

  • Monitor KPIs using

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
