Female Sales Representative – Real Estate

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Female Sales Representative to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting property sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Present and promote real estate projects to customers
• Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed property information
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and property values

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing/Business or related field)
• Prior experience in real estate sales will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident personality with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
