Job Overview

We are hiring a
Lead Generator
to fuel our growth by sourcing and organising high-quality B2B and influencer leads. This is a fast-paced execution role: no degree or corporate experience needed, just discipline, focus, and results.

Location:
Remote

Pay:
100,000 PKR/month

Hours:
60 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B leads via structured online research and scraping tools.
  • Identify and reach out to influencers aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and organised lead databases.
  • Meet weekly lead targets and performance KPIs.
  • Communicate progress clearly and consistently with the team.

Must-haves:

  • A personal computer or laptop.
  • Fast, stable internet connection.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High personal discipline and reliability.
  • At least one prior execution-focused role (any field).
  • Fluent English.

Not Required:

  • College degree.
  • Prior experience in lead generation or marketing.
